Take your time reviewing the property details, photos, maps, and other available information before deciding to move forward.

At the bottom of each property listing, you’ll find a “Reserve This Parcel” button.

Click the button and complete the short form with your information. Once we receive your request, we’ll contact you to confirm availability, discuss the next steps, and answer any questions you may have.

Once you’re ready to move forward, we will prepare the land purchase agreement for your review.

Take the time to review the agreement and make sure you understand the terms. Once everything looks good, you can sign the agreement electronically, and we’ll proceed to the closing stage.

After the agreement is signed, the closing process begins. We work with a trusted title company to handle the closing and ensure a smooth and secure transaction.

Once the closing is complete, you’ll receive the deed and officially own your land. It’s that simple!
